I have a General Contractors license in the State of Florida but it is not active. I have 30 years in the construction industry. I was working as a Project Manager for Structural Contractors South Inc. for 1 1/2 years and managed multimillion dollar project and at times over 150 men. I kept the projects at a 30 to 35% profit for the company. We were doing work in the disaster areas and eventually I worked myself out of a job. I have been fortunate to meet wonderful people and discover an interesting city. i have loved travel and adventure since i was a child and this place keeps me stimulated each day. I am working and thank god with warm, fun people that keep me laughing all day. At the same time, I am getting alot done professionally as I also do my MBA online.
