Carol! These are great looking beauties!!
Indeed they are! I’ve seen such a sight on the beach in Karachi but haven’t seen them like this (on the beach) yet in the Kingdom with my own eyes…
That’s so cute.
Never thought of camels getting so close to the sea shore
That’s so haraam Bedu!
I expect you’ll be taken off line and in jail by tomorrow!
Can you already hear the ominous shuffeling sound of sandals below short thobes approaching?
Too Cute!!! Er, why does one of the look headless??? That’s kinda freaking me out.
On a more serious note I’m a little sad my comment on the saudi guy post isn’t creating more… drama so to speak. Um, I really do want an answer and really hope I wasn’t being insulting to Islam/Muslims/or anyone else. Maybe you could do a post? I would be it’s not really my um.. forte?
With lots of respect because you did my dream job of a diplomat. God I wish…

OnigiriFB,
One looks headless due to the way her face it turned. I agree; at first glance it is kind of odd.
Let’s see if you get some answers…with some posts it may take a bit but readers are great about trying to respond to queries when they can.
Wow… camels in KSA, cows in Texas! No wonder I don’t go to the beach much anymore… LOL! (Well, that and I can’t find a bathing suit that will cover my harpoon scar… *sigh*)
This picture should be on a Hawaiian Tropic ad. The headless camel will get the Deepest Tan award at the yearly pageant
Great photo – did you take it? That headless one is so wierd looking!
no I did not…someone who knows how much I love camels passed it on to me.
Ok I know we all came to the beach to see some camel toe, BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!
but it sure does bring an instant smile to the face…
Forgive my ignorance, I live near a beach in Florida, USA and we’ve got turtles that bury eggs there on the beach, but camels I would never have imagined because what’s there for them? Is that normal there? They are beautiful.
these type of camels are living by the see and called \alawarek
near jyzan area they are beautifull
Alotaibi – thank you for your comment and enlightening me about these specific kinds of camels. Actually, I’ve not to see a camel that is not beautiful!
